My prayers are with you, Carl. I understand your heart and loved hearing your passion. You have been a great leader/coordinator for the Blogged Bible Study and I feel privileged to be a part of this effort.
Thank you for striving with us, for giving us this outlet to sharpen one another and build a fellowship of believers.
I understand pressures of the world. I understand needing to be a strong leader within your home — what a blessing you must be for your wife and children — no one could replace my husband’s leadership. I’ll be praying as you seek God’s best for your family and your ministry.

First things first…you sound just like I thought you would..but your heart is much more awesome than i anticipated. Your love for God and desire to follow HIM in your decision making is honorable and noble. (you asked once on Philter48 “what is noble”, you just answered it)
Blogs have a way of taken on a life of their own, and I am glad to see that God has spoken to your heart in this, as HE had that talk with me not to very long ago. We are on a journey, we are on a mission to carry out the good news of knowing HIM. So many distractions, and lots in the name of Jesus, although not from HIM to our heart.
As for the spot you spoke about unity…I believe unity has started in the Body Christ, however all that we think may not be the body of Christ…If unity in our world only shows a handful of people (in our own community), can we rejoice in it? and be happy to see it at all, so many in the hall of faith never seen their promises coming true, yet they believed. God asked me this question not to long ago.
Praying for you, and your family. How precious they are!! How precious that HE has given you to them to lead them to HIM. Praise GOD!

I had assumed correctly about your heart and your passion from your writings. Though you claim to not be ‘as good as’ you arfe a good writer.
I understand the depths of your struggle at this time and relate deeply from my own experience. Your family is truly blessed to have you as their covering.
We are blessed to have you as a part of what we are trying to accomplish/learn by giving time to the blog.
Be encouraged, brother. It seems this is something that the Lord is speaking to a large number. Darla was gone; bajan was gone; I’ve been gone (because I had nothing to say); and now you will be changing your focus and emphasis.
It is evident to me that your heart beats for the Lord.
